四、基本电价情况

基本电价只有大工业用户收取，分按最大需量和按变压器容量收取，深圳供电局输配电价未包含基本电价，宁夏电网未包含按变压器容量收取的价格，从7省市的基本电价情况来看，平均为31.4元/千瓦˙月，按最大需量平均为35.6元/千瓦˙月，按变压器容量平均为26.3元/千瓦˙月，安徽最高，内蒙古西部电网最低，详情如下：

五、综述

根据以上统计分析看到：

一是各省的输配电价水平与本省的经济发展水平没有关系。

二是一般工商业及其他的电度电价远高于大工业，平均相差3倍。

三是输配电价与电压等级成反比，即电压等级越高，输配电价越低，最高（1-10千伏）的输配电价是最低（220千伏）的输配电价的2.4倍左右。所以，有条件的电力客户可以考虑提高生产用电的电压等级来降低电费成本；

四是基本电价分按最大需量和按变压器容量收取，二者有一个平衡点，对于客户而言，选用按最大需量还是按变压器容量收取，可根据自己的用电情况进行测算确定，以达到节省电费的效果。
