He pointed out that the preparation of national occupational standards must be based on the actual development of the electric power industry, further strengthen occupational research and work analysis in the electric power industry, and ensure that the formulation of standards is leading, scientific and advanced. The compilation and approval of national occupational standards must strictly follow the work arrangements of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, gather industry wisdom, and leverage the power of power groups, colleges and other parties to develop and prepare a group of high-level, high-quality, and high-level standards that represent the power industry. Valued professional standards lay the foundation for the development of talents in the power industry and provide strong support and guarantee for the internationalization of the power industry.
