In the past decade, Google, amazon, and drops is a "generation born in the cloud", the company created the agile innovation, good experience and 1.0 times of low-cost cloud, cloud, the cloud architecture to realize the resource sharing, better connecting customers using the mobile Internet technology, the traditional industry created a disruptive business model. The success of the disruptors has awakened all walks of life. The next decade will be the 2.0 era of cloud, the enterprise is the leading role of cloud, all walks of life will grow in the cloud, the cloud of various industries will also rise.

China power grid is the use of advanced information and communication and control technology, build to informatization, digitization, automation, interaction into the characteristics of independent innovation, the international leader in the smart grid, including the digitization and informatization on technology, automation and interaction, and on the management to realize collectivization, intensive, lean and standardization.

Major power companies are making efforts to build a comprehensive and efficient information system for power grid enterprise operation and management, and to study and deploy cloud computing. Therefore, the State Grid proposed the concept of "power cloud". Power cloud, it is through the hardware resources, centralized service platform components, application software, for electric power enterprises and power customers, partners, centralized and unified, on-demand service, elastic extension, safe and controllable cloud computing service mode, improve efficiency of resource application, improve the level of information processing ability, strengthen the intensive management, reduce operating cost of system construction.

Based on Huawei's deep understanding of customers, Huawei provides industry-leading distributed cloud data center solutions based on Huawei cloud operating system FusionSphere, data center management system ManageOne, and SDN network technologies to implement data center as a service (DaaS), improve IT service quality, and improve overall resource utilization.

The solution has the following key features:

l Self-service cloud services: Users can apply for a variety of cloud services in the service catalog, including cloud hosts, cloud hard disks, elastic IP addresses, load balancing, physical machines, RDS, and big data.

l Service-centric VDCS: Create VDCS (virtual data centers) based on departments or services, allocate resources flexibly, and isolate VDCS logically to implement independent O&M for tenants.

l VDC-based resource metering: Collects quota metering data based on the actual VDC quota or resource consumption of tenants. The data is used to settle services with tenants and set charging.

l The virtualization resource Management (VRM) and VMware resource pools have been managed to protect the original virtualization investment.

l Openstack-based open elastic architecture: compatible with the OpenStack community ecosystem chain, supports the access of heterogeneous hypervisors and hardware devices, provides standard native API interfaces, and supports the hybrid networking of hardware and software resource pools from different vendors.

l Resource pooling based on SLA policies: Automatically identifies and matches SLA resources.

l Cloud network collaboration: Realize network servitization and automatic deployment through SDN, and secure resource isolation.

To build an efficient, secure, converged, and open cloud, Huawei continues to improve the cloud computing industry chain based on FusionSphere products. At present, Huawei has more than 500 cloud computing partners and serves more than 800 customers in more than 40 countries and regions. Huawei is willing to become the enabler and promoter of smart grid, provide innovative cloud computing products and technologies, actively participate in the construction of cloud ecology, and contribute to the success of cloud transformation in the power industry.
